Stephanie Mills said it best: "When I think of home, I
think of a place where there's love overflowing". Nothing can be more true
than when I attend the Dinner Lab experience at Goat Farm. The love and
passion that went into this production of high energy and low tolerance
for mediocrity was nothing short of exceptional. It totally transforms the way
"market to table" is presented. With the table set and the
anticipation of next hanging in the balance; you start to feel that this is
something special and history is about to be made.
